Local orders
- Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia will be RM6, and RM8 for Sabah & Sarawak.
- Parcel will be delivered to you within 4 working days upon confirmation of order.
International orders
- Kindly enquire for shipping rates at alexysdiary@gmail.com. We’ll response to you within 24 hours.
- Upon order confirmation, we will advise you on the ETA details.
- Note: International orders are subject to import duty and tax (depending on your respective country), which will be levied once your package reaches your country. It is not our policy to cover these costs. Please contact your local custom office for more information on import duties & taxes.
- We declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.
Following are the general measurement charts of our products. Size of the lingerie depends on the designs, different lingerie of the same size my differ slightly in size.
We recommend our customer's whose size is between 2 sizes to go for the next size up.
